This revenue estimate is a 5 year aggregate revenue of $120.Million, based in $5,500 inhouse estimated net revenue from sales of 1 order per semester per year from 30,000 individual schools. We reasonably project achievement in a full cycle of the total 30,000 schools in 5 years. Nevertheless, to be overtly conservative, we project at least an achievement of no less than 10% of the 30,000 schools to be 3,000 schools. The same figure of $5,500 net revenue in this overtly conservative estimate creates a 10% share allocation of $12.Million to the original $5.Million instatement.

In fact, my business circumstances have descended into a cyclical rut of ineffective promotions and communications and dangerously reduced productivity. This is not optimal, primarily due the extensive potential of my proposal toward and in the educational communities, as well as the needy communities of professional musician venues and institutions, i.e., municipal orchestras that employ studied and established classical musicians. It is no secret that music is a traditionally underrated profession, with most of the classical composers, that is the forefathers of large modern orchestra having numerous financial and personal difficulties that mostly led to an early demise, contrary to other administrative professions. So, you may ask, what exactly is your point, Vic? How does your business, in any respect, relate to me, in my personal responsibilities and profession? Well, thank you for asking. In fact, with respect to my current business opportunity, that is Music School Fundraising . Com, you will absolutely find that your endorsement and participation, in any small event, will benefit and enhance both your personal and professional image in an exponential consideration. Not to be facetious, there are other programs that are exponentially advanced in the exact similar objective as my proposal to you, namely, the VH1 Save the Music Foundation, which contributes $Thousands in Musical instruments and monetary assistance to needy kids' music programs, each year. My program is designed to fully cooperate, and ultimately enhance, the VH1 Save the Music Foundation fundamental objective and goal, that is to support music programs of all sizes and shapes, ages and skill levels. From the Disney Little Einstein Program for toddlers, to Disney's High School Musical, to, say, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, and all high school marching bands, college orchestras, to the Drum Corps International, virtually every music program, at some time, needs financial support.

Here's the catch. My program is designed with the imminent potential to raise in the vicinity of $1.Billion per year in the educational system. That's just the beginning. The basic and natural demographics of the music industry prove this is the absolute and imminent potential of our current business proposal to you. It also grows each year, as more and more students begin learning about music and performing with musical instruments. An actual movement exists among parents who are becoming more and more aware of the extensive benefits achieved in the progress of children who learn music at the earliest ages, compared with others who are engaged in less mentally stimulating activities. In fact, our United States Congress has established numerous resolutions that support the benefits of music (and the arts) education in schools, demonstrating increased grades and intelligence, as a Federal Mandate for Municipal Education in cooperation and in the auspices of the President Bush "No Child Left Behind" act. Extensive studies have proven that children who are engaged in music education perform much higher in the basic educational math and sciences, in addition to becoming more centered as adolescents, with increasingly less behavioral anomalies, and higher grade point averages. It's actually not rocket science, rather, common sense, at most levels of understanding. If your children are in music education after school, they're not outside running around in unsupervised, and peer-influenced neighborhoods - one of the leading causes of adolescent behavioral problems. Additionally, then, and most importantly, they begin establishing methods that utilize cognitive skills in a highly creative activity, with high personal gratification and behavioral therapy, i.e., learning to participate in a team, as in the marching band and school orchestra.

Again, you ask, how does this include my participation? Thank you, again, for your interest, thus far. In fact, although my program has the immediate and imminent potential to raise exponential sums of resources for music programs in the United States and around the globe, unfortunately, in my current situation, financially, that is, the basic ingredient of any promotional effort or event is limited or of little effect, i.e., website, brochures, celebrity participation, etc. In fact, my current plan has an expense allocation (monthly burn) as well as expansion projections. However, the primary and fundamental concerns of a viable business, within the structure of my current responsibilities, are, sadly, in disrepair. This is due an exhaustive 10 + year campaign for funds that has included pursuit in every known avenue of consideration from SCORE to SBA Intermediary and Bank Loans, as well as NYSTAR in Albany and the New York Angel Investors Group (less than $1.Million SEC awards), as well as other Federal Grants, and, most recently, communication with the New York City Investment Fund and the New York Business Development Corporation, and the Citicorp Smith Barney Investment Groups. Unfortunately, it appears that my investment proposal, now, is falling through the cracks. This may be due my personal status and other considerations, among basic discrepancies to the requirements of the agencies and individuals available to appropriate assist business funding. Unfortunately, after $250,000 and 10 years of development, (including my personal award of two United States Patents - naturally, the core of the establishment of our proposal), exactly as my program implementation appears, at best, imminent and unmistakable, my ability to function, that is in my current lack of functional resources, remains severely limited and inhibited.

So, in effect, my personal friends suggested, after all other avenues appear blocked, that a letter be written to you for your review and possible interest and participation, due the exponential value that exists in this proposal. In fact, there is somewhat of a frustration in my circle of influence, including my personal family, friends and the Church, that such an extraordinary potential become disregarded among New York's elite. In that time, we project, we can reach approximately 30,000 high schools and college music programs in the United States, or a significant portion of them. In a basic proposal, based in the demographic profile of 30,000 United States schools, we believe we can invest $250,000 into our implementation plan, and consequently return from $3.Million - $30.Million in 5 years - a 10% debt equity proposal. Similarly, in the same demographic profile, a $5.Milllion allocation into our implementation has what we believe is a reasonable return projection of $12.Million - $120.Million - a 40% debt equity proposal. Obviously, we have the exact expenses and implementation demographics in which our proposal's projections are formed. We will consider any investment option that falls within the 10% - 40% share allocation in exchange for debt or equity resources, however, we are certain that our proposal, in our current statement, is more than considerate in a celebrity investor's interest. This offer is based in a proposal designated to just 3,000 - 30,000 high schools and colleges in the United States, with no accounting for a similar number of grade and middle schools, and not accounting for international or retail venue participation, which may drastically increase the primary interest and return, respectively.

The longer the delay in our program implementation, the longer the lack of instruments and necessary resources that are required and that are proven to increase the grades, the skills and aptitudes, and the intelligence, as well as the enhanced behavior and communication of students. Essentially, every moment our program is delayed, is virtually wasted time. Time is money. Our proposal to you, especially now, is a totally no-risk proposal of good will and community enhancement, as well as enjoyment and performance, to the ultimate benefit of students, that is our children.
